3.4 Launch: Once the website is approved, we will launch it on your chosen domain.
4. Payment
4.1 Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with the website development project as outlined in our proposal.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payments will be made according to the payment milestones specified in our proposal.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Content: You are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and other media, for the website.
5.2 Feedback: Timely and constructive feedback during the development phase is essential for the project’s progress.
6. Timeline
6.1 Estimated Timeline: We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. Delays caused by changes to project scope, incomplete content, or feedback may affect the timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: You will retain ownership of all content and materials provided by you. We retain ownership of the developed code, design elements, and other technical components.
7.2 License: Upon final payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the website for your business purposes.
8. Revisions and Changes
8.1 Scope Changes: Any changes or additions to the project scope may result in additional fees and an adjusted timeline.
8.2 Project Revisions: After the website is launched, revisions or updates can be requested at our prevailing hourly rate.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
